中川政七商店は1716年に奈良で創業したライフスタイルブランドです。2025年9月にShoreditchにて欧州初となるポップアップストアを2026年7月にはIslingtonに二店舗目となるポップアップストアをオープンしました。今回は2店舗目のオープンや事業の拡大に伴い、更にスタッフを募集することとなりました。
【業務内容】
・お客様を温かく丁寧な姿勢でお迎えし、商品に関する知識や背景のストーリーをご案内すること
・店頭商品のディスプレイ、品出し、着荷商品の確認・整理、清掃等の店舗メンテナンス
・POSを使った販売業務や在庫管理と日本への発注等

Overview
Nakagawa is a heritage lifestyle brand from Nara, Japan, established in 1716. Today, we continue to revitalize Japanese craftsmanship by blending tradition with modern sensibilities.
Currently, we have 2 stores in London, Shoreditch and Islington.
We are now looking for store staff members who can help us share the essence of Japanese craft and culture with customers in London.
Responsibilities
This pop-up store is more than just a retail space — it's a cultural experience.
Your role will include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers with a warm, thoughtful attitude
- Sharing product knowledge and the cultural stories behind each item
- Maintaining the store’s visual presentation and cleanliness
- Handling sales transactions and inventory management
- Supporting our SNS and online store by helping create content that reflects the spirit of the brand and the daily life of the pop-up
Required Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who:
- Appreciate the value of everyday life, well-crafted items, and the stories they carry
- Have prior experience in hospitality and/or retail
- Are attentive to detail and take joy in caring for their surroundings
- Are fluent in both English and Japanese (speaking and reading)
- Are legally eligible to work in the UK
- Are available to work at least 3 days per week either at the Shoreditch or Islington
