Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join our friendly team across our two, private and membership-based practices in Tewkesbury and Ledbury.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead two patient-focused practices that are committed to delivering outstanding care and investing in modern dentistry. We have recently introduced digital scanning technology to enhance the patient experience and expand our treatment offerings.
Due to the locations of the practices, the successful candidate must have a full UK driving licence and their own transport.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous dental practice management experience.
- Have previous experience with the CQC or as a CQC registered manager, and/or be willing to work towards CQC registered manager for the practices.
- Be a GDC-registered Dental Nurse and willing to provide clinical cover when required.
- Have excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Be confident managing teams, compliance, and daily operations.
- Be professional, approachable, patient-focused and proactive.
- Ideally have experience within a private or membership-based dental practice.
- Experience with aligners, implants, digital workflows, treatment planning, or case acceptance would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the team across both practices.
- Manage day-to-day operations, staffing and rotas.
- Ensure compliance with GDC, CQC and health & safety requirements, with the support of the group compliance manager.
- Monitor KPIs and help drive practice growth.
- Support marketing activities and patient experience initiatives.
- Recruit, train and develop team members.
- Maintain high standards of patient care and customer service.
- Work closely with clinicians to promote and grow advanced treatments.
