Housekeeper – Serviced Apartments
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our growing team, helping maintain a portfolio of high-quality serviced apartments to exceptional standards.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous housekeeping experience in hotels, hospitals, or other professional cleaning environments, where attention to detail, consistency, and high cleanliness standards are essential. However, full training will be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude and work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare serviced apartments to a consistently high standard between guest stays.
- Ensure kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas are thoroughly cleaned, sanitised, and presented to a hotel-quality finish.
- Change bed linen, replenish toiletries and guest amenities, and restock apartment essentials.
- Carry out regular deep cleans and report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.
- Follow company cleaning checklists and health and safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure supplies are organised and replenished when required.
- Take pride in creating a welcoming, spotless environment that delivers an excellent guest experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, particularly within hotels, hospitals, healthcare, or other professional environments where high standards of cleanliness are expected.
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering consistently excellent results.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and complete tasks efficiently.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks including lifting, bending, and being on your feet throughout the day.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and proud of maintaining exceptional standards.
