We are excited to be opening a brand-new ladies and mens clothing store, offering stylish, high-quality fashion and exceptional customer service. As we prepare for our launch, we are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Retail Assistants to join our team and help create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
The Role
As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service while maintaining a welcoming and well-presented retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting customers with their shopping needs
- Providing product knowledge and style advice
- Processing sales transactions using the till/POS system
- Replenishing stock and maintaining attractive displays
- Keeping the store clean, organised, and visually appealing
- Assisting with stock deliveries and inventory management
- Working as part of a team to achieve sales targets and store objectives
- Operating multiple card terminals
- Cashing up at the end of each day
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and busy trading periods
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Passion for fashion and helping customers look their best
