About The Role
What You'll Do:

Provide essential personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and continence management, ensuring dignity and comfort.

Administer medication support, strictly following care plans and protocols.

Assist with safe moving and handling, utilising equipment like hoists and rotunda transfers.

Offer companionship, engage in light domestic tasks, and support with shopping, fostering a positive home environment.

Deliver compassionate end-of-life care, focusing on comfort and support.
