### Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping duties
- Administer medication under the supervision of a nurse or healthcare professional
- Escort clients to appointments or social outings
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
### Experience:
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and practices
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and professionalism
