As a Client Account Executive at Temple Row Wealth Management, you'll be the person clients trust to keep things moving, answer their questions and make sure every detail of their experience is handled with care.
We help individuals and families build the life they want to live by bringing clarity, confidence and peace of mind to their finances. You'll sit at the heart of our Temple Row Client Experience, working closely with our Wealth Manager while building genuine relationships with clients and prospective clients and ensuring they feel informed, organised and supported throughout their journey.

- · Your anniversary day off each year, fully paid.
- · A company pension scheme.
- · A varied position where you'll develop your knowledge of wealth management while taking real ownership of the client experience.
Your responsibilities in this role:
- · Support the Wealth Manager throughout the advice process, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation and ensuring agreed actions are progressed.
- · Act as the day-to-day contact for clients, handling communications and liaising with pension providers, investment platforms and insurance companies to resolve queries.
- · Manage investment administration, including contributions, withdrawals, transfers, new business applications and onboarding documentation.
- · Prepare review packs, valuations and meeting information, while maintaining accurate records, letters of authority and provider correspondence.
- · Track multiple cases and outstanding actions, identifying potential issues early and taking ownership through to completion.
- · Support prospective clients, business development activity and internal improvement projects that strengthen the Temple Row Client Experience.
What we’re looking for:
- · Proven experience within a client-facing position involving the management of multiple clients, cases and competing priorities.
- · Experience using a CRM or database system; knowledge of Xplan would be particularly relevant.

- · Excellent organisational and diary management skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple priorities.
- · Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience handling sensitive or detailed client conversations professionally.
