Duties
- Engage with prospective buyers and tenants to understand their property needs and preferences
- Conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and answering client questions confidently
- Negotiate offers between clients and landlords or sellers to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage administrative tasks such as, offers, and standard documentation
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction progress
- Assist in marketing properties through various channels to attract potential buyers or tenants
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage confidently with clients and team members
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-moving environment while maintaining professionalism
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is advantageous but not essential; enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude are key
