The role
- Building target lists and mapping teams across hedge funds, trading firms and financial institutions
- Researching potential candidates and relevant industry contacts
- Conducting initial candidate conversations to assess experience and suitability
- Producing accurate market maps, research reports and materials for senior Consultants and clients
Requirements
- Graduate with strong university and A Level results
- Analytical, inquisitive and able to understand unfamiliar markets quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mature, organised and collaborative with a strong work ethic
