JOB PURPOSE
The ideal candidate takes care of preparation of bakery and pastry products, working as a team. Works in full compliance, with health and hygiene regulations and company indications and standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deals with the preparation of products from the base (doughs, cooking, ...) to the final finishing, dosing the ingredients with care and precision
- Uses specific pastry techniques to take care of the details of each product according to company standards of image and presentation, guaranteeing quality and excellence
- Uses pastry tools and equipment for each process and works safely with them, taking care of their maintenance and cleaning
- Organizes his/her workstation in respect of shared spaces
- Knows and respects company procedures and operates in compliance with health and safety regulations.Is responsible of the appropriate preparation of the dishes on the menu, according to company standards
- Uses manual skills to take care of the details of each plate with precision, make garnishes and plates in alignment with corporate image and presentation standards
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Proven experience as Pastry Chef
- Great attentions to details
- Excellent manual skills
- Good ability to work in a team and under stress

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
