Key Responsibilities:
Review and process UK warehouse and logistics-related payments, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
Perform daily/weekly bank reconciliations and manage transaction records.
Conduct supplier statement reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Upload and maintain accurate financial data in UK accounting software.
Assist with month-end closing activities and general administrative finance tasks.
Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to verify operational expenses and invoices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience working with UK accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
Strong understanding of UK financial processes, AP/AR, and reconciliation.
High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred: Previous experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment is highly advantageous.
Fluent in English; strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers.
