Duties
- Deliver direct patient care by performing health assessments, taking vital signs, and documenting medical histories with accuracy and compassion
- Administer medications and injections following established protocols and safety standards
- Support patients through health education, lifestyle counseling, and chronic disease management programs
- Assist with minor procedures and clinical examinations within the practice setting
- Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Ensure infection control procedures are strictly followed to maintain a safe clinical environment
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with relevant licensing authorities
- Proven experience in patient care within a primary or community healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to support accurate assessments and interventions
- Proficiency in medication administration, including injections
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and support patients of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
