As a family-owned group of premium nurseries across Surrey and Hampshire, our vision is to create inspiring early years environments where children are nurtured as individuals, families feel genuinely supported, and educators are empowered to thrive.

As we prepare to open our very first nursery, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced founding nursery manager to join us at the beginning of this exciting journey.
This is a rare opportunity to help shape a new nursery group from the ground up. You will play a leading role in the set-up, launch and ongoing success of our first nursery, with the opportunity to progress into an area manager role as the group grows.
We are looking for a passionate leader who wants more than a standard management position. Someone who is excited by the opportunity to build a strong team, create an exceptional culture and make a lasting impact on children, families and educators alike.
What you'll be responsible for
- Leading the successful opening and daily running of the nursery
- Creating a warm, inspiring and nurturing environment for children, families and staff
- Recruiting, supporting and developing a high-performing team
- Building strong and meaningful partnerships with families
- Maintaining exceptional standards of care, education and safeguarding
- Supporting occupancy growth and the long-term success of the nursery
- Working closely with the owners to help shape the Pip's Place vision and culture
- Supporting future nursery growth opportunities across the group
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies including Ofsted
What we're looking for
- Experienced nursery manager or deputy manager ready for the next step
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification or above
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- A genuine passion for exceptional early years education and care
- A people-focused and nurturing leadership style
- Commercial awareness and ambition to grow with the business
- Commitment, positivity and a desire to build something special
