Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their needs throughout their visit
- Manage daily floor operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are upheld
- Provide outstanding guest services by answering questions, offering guidance, and resolving concerns promptly
- Support management in coordinating events or activities, ensuring seamless execution
- Monitor guest flow and engagement, encouraging participation and positive interactions
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and maintaining equipment functionality
- Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere that promotes guest satisfaction and safety
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee daily operations effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to remain energetic, positive, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
