Digital Experience Executive
FTC until end of December 2026
London/Hybrid
We are looking for a Digital Experience Executive to join the Marketing team on a fixed term contract basis until the end of 2026. This role will provide strong support to the Digital Experience Manager, Digital Experience Specialist and wider marketing team, helping to design, deliver and improve digital experiences across the MDU Group.
The successful candidate will help ensure that MDU and DDU digital experiences are clear, effective and member-focused, supporting the organisation’s strategy to do more for members and prospective members.

Working with internal and external stakeholders on UX, UI and UAT, including CMS templates and components, to support best-in-class digital experiences.

Be a subject matter expert and test end-to-end user journeys with attention to detail and quality, including logged-in, ecommerce and automated self-service functionality.

Identifying, triaging and helping to resolve issues that remove friction from the digital experience.

Maintaining knowledge bases, troubleshooting guidance, protocols, processes and training materials.

Working closely with data teams on monitoring, measurement and conversion of digital experiences.

Supporting segmentation, targeting and data requests in line with consent and source record checks.

Gathering insight and feedback from members where needed to inform decisions.

Helping to maintain and prioritise a backlog of digital experience requirements.

Supporting marketing projects, including content management, content governance and campaign tracking.

Digital experience across website, email, search, mobile and analytics.

A member-centric approach, with the ability to gather and analyse feedback to inform decisions.

A self-starter who takes the initiative to identify, triage and solve issues, and share knowledge with colleagues and stakeholders.

Strong prioritisation skills and confidence using different work management tools.

Knowledge of user experience principles.

Digital experiences meet or exceed defined KPIs on the digital experience scorecard, including availability, speed, quality, accessibility, traffic, conversions and user experience.

Digital experience roadmap initiatives are delivered on time and on budget.
Alongside the Digital Experience Manager and Digital Experience Specialist, this role will help ensure that digital experiences comply with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks, including GDPR, PECR, ASA, FCA and Cyber Essentials.
