Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber to join a repairs and maintenance team, carrying out plumbing works across residential and commercial properties throughout East and South Belfast.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Plumber looking for ongoing work, with a work van provided for travel between sites.
The Role
The successful Plumber will be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing repairs, maintenance and installation works across managed properties. This will include routine repairs, replacement works and emergency maintenance, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general plumbing repairs and maintenance across residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing faults, leaks, blockages and other issues.
- Install, repair and replace pipework, taps, toilets, sinks, baths and other plumbing fixtures.
- Carry out repairs to kitchens and bathrooms.
- Undertake planned and reactive maintenance works.
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify required repairs or replacements.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Provide a professional and customer-focused service when working in residents' and customers' properties.
- Participate in an out-of-hours emergency repair rota where required.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties requested by management.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Proven experience as a Plumber within construction, social housing, repairs or maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials and repair techniques.
- Experience carrying out repairs and maintenance in occupied properties.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality of workmanship.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- DBS check required.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, totalling 40 hours per week, with a 60-minute unpaid break.
Pay & Benefits
