Wash plant Maintenance Person Required

B W Skip Hire Ltd is a well-established, family-run waste disposal and skip hire company, proudly serving West Yorkshire for over 42 years. We are currently seeking a Wash Plant Maintenance person to join our dedicated team at our wash plant site.
Pay: To be discussed
Hours: Monday to Friday 7.00am – 5pm Overtime at time and half after 42.5 hours and Saturday mornings when required.
Pay frequency: Weekly or monthly
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on wash plant machinery.
- Minimize downtime through prompt maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Assist with plant shutdowns, upgrades, and equipment installations.
Requirements:
- Experience in industrial, quarry, mining, aggregate, or wash plant maintenance.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of conveyors, pumps, screens, and crushers is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
