Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Valeter/Driver to join our dynamic team! This energetic role combines the essential tasks of motorhome and caravan valeting with professional driving duties, ensuring our fleet remains spotless, well-maintained, and ready for customer collections. As a Valeter/Driver, you will play a vital part in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of vehicle presentation and cleanliness. Duties
- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly to various locations, including customer sites and service centers
- Perform thorough cleaning and valeting of vehicles, both inside and out, ensuring they meet quality standards
- Conduct basic maintenance checks on vehicles, reporting any issues or damages promptly
- Assist with vehicle movement within the premises, including parking and positioning for service or delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure all tools and equipment are stored properly after use
- Provide friendly, professional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with vehicle presentation
- Follow all health and safety protocols during driving and valeting tasks to ensure a secure working environment
Experience
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in vehicle valeting or janitorial work is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Attention to detail to ensure vehicles are cleaned to high standards and maintained properly
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance checks is advantageous but not required; training will be provided if necessary
