About the Role:
Sure Healthcare is looking for three dedicated and compassionate Support Workers (male or female) to join a small, committed team providing 1:1 care for a client in Ossett. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred support tailored to meet the individual needs of the client.
Working Hours & Shift Pattern:
- 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Two positions: 24 hours per week (2 shifts)
- One position: 36 hours per week (3 shifts, rolling rota – not contracted)
All staff will be part of a core team and expected to:
- Work collaboratively to maintain consistent care
- Cover annual leave and sickness within the team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support in line with the client’s care plan
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care (if required)
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Follow all care plans, risk assessments, and company policies
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team
Requirements:
- Previous care experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)
- Willingness to undertake training specific to the client’s needs
- Reliable, flexible, and committed to teamwork
