Complex Healthcare Assistant in East Malling!
Superior Healthcare is recruiting Complex Healthcare Assistant to support a young client with complex care needs in her family home.

She lives in East Malling with her family (parents and older siblings)
Shift Pattern- nights
Monday 19.00pm-06.00am
Tuesday 19.00pm-06.00am
Thursday 19.00pm-06.00am
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality, person-centered care
- Encouraging and participating in activities such as arts, crafts, and reading
- Promoting independence, choice, and emotional wellbeing
- Responding to communication cues and building rapport
- Experience and awareness of suctioning and tracheostomy would be preferable.

SHCADA
- Previous care experience essential, minimum 6 months in UK
- Drivers preferred
- Experience with tracheostomy care desirable
