We are recruiting for a German Speaking Project Executive to join a highly successful international packaging agency that works with some of the world's leading FMCG and retail brands.

The Company
Our client is a well-established packaging and artwork agency delivering packaging solutions for major global brands across multiple international markets.
Working closely with leading retailers and FMCG businesses, they manage complex packaging and artwork projects from concept through to final production.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a German Speaking Project Executive to support their expanding client portfolio.
The Role
As a German Speaking Project Executive, you will support the delivery of packaging and artwork projects, working closely with Account Directors, clients and internal production teams.
You will help coordinate project timelines, manage project administration and ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.
This role offers excellent career progression into Project Management, Account Management or Client Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of international packaging and artwork projects
- Coordinate project timelines, schedules and key milestones
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders in both German and English
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Track project progress and provide regular updates
- Support reporting and administrative processes
- Ensure projects are completed to agreed deadlines and quality standards
- Work closely with Account Directors and Production Teams
About You
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
- Graduate or early-career professional
- Minimum 6 months' administrative, office support or coordination experience
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proactive, professional and eager to learn
- Interested in project management, packaging, marketing, creative services or FMCG industries
