Queensway Advisory is the shared services function for Queensway Hospitality Group and a portfolio of external clients, supporting the Group's operations, finance, and wider office needs. The team is currently playing a key role in the Group's acquisition of a significant multi-site expansion that will substantially increase the scope and scale of the business over the next months.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, collaborative, and highly hands-on team at a particularly exciting stage of its growth journey. You will gain valuable exposure to multi-site group operations, systems implementation projects, and live acquisition activity, providing key administrative support to the Operations team as well as the wider office environment.

Purpose of the role:
To provide day-to-day administrative support to the Operations team, and wider office, developing core business administration skills with the opportunity to work towards a recognised qualification. The role is varied and incorporates general business administration and operational coordination across the Group's sites, along with providing light-touch administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Key responsibilities:
· Answer incoming calls and direct to relevant party
· Provide general administrative support across the Operations team and wider Queensway Hospitality Group
· Coordinate and maintain operational and compliance documentation across sites, including licences, contracts, and site records
· Support scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-up actions for operations meetings
· Support onboarding administration for new sites as they transfer into the Group as part of the acquisitions
· Liaise with suppliers and contractors on operational matters such as maintenance, equipment, and service providers
· Maintain and update supplier and site records across shared systems
· Assist with filing, scanning, and organising business documents
· Provide light-touch administrative support to the finance team during busy periods, and any other ad hoc administrative tasks as required across the business
Skills, competencies, and experience:
Essential
· GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent), grade 4/C or above
· Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Word
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
· Reliable, punctual, and able to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion
· Clear written and verbal communication skills
· A genuine interest in pursuing a career in business operations or administration
Desirable
· Prior exposure to business systems or software (e.g. Xero, Sage, scheduling or CRM tools)
· Experience in an office or administrative environment
· Interest in the hospitality sector
