We are seeking to appoint: A Head of Marketing (Recruitment and Campaigns)
Full Time - 36.5 Hours Per Week

Aims of Job/ Job Purpose:
- Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing strategies to support student recruitment across all audiences, with a primary focus on school leavers alongside adults, apprenticeships, higher education and employer engagement.
- Lead the College’s School Activation strategy, ensuring school engagement activity is targeted, prioritised and aligned to recruitment priorities, curriculum growth areas and the wider applicant journey.
- Manage allocated marketing campaign budgets, resources and external suppliers effectively, ensuring activity delivers value for money and supports recruitment, engagement and conversion objectives.
- Work with the Director of Marketing, Admissions and Customer Services to ensure marketing activity supports recruitment targets, growth priorities and curriculum planning.
- Ensure a clear and consistent approach to marketing, communications and key college engagement activity across all campuses and channels, aligned to marketing strategy, the College’s strategic plan and the College’s values.
