Duties
- Engage with prospective students and their families to understand their educational goals, interests, and needs.
- Provide comprehensive counseling on available programs, courses, and career pathways aligned with students’ aspirations.
- Assist students in the application process, including documentation review and submission guidance.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor student progress, address concerns, and offer ongoing support.
- Organise and facilitate informational sessions, workshops, and orientation programs to enhance student engagement.
- Collaborate with academic staff to ensure students receive appropriate resources and mentorship.
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions, progress reports, and counselling outcomes to ensure personalised service.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in teaching or educational counselling with a strong understanding of academic advising principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to listen actively, analyse student needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple student cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, counselling, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Passion for education and a commitment to helping others succeed through personalised guidance.
- Multilanguage skills are essential, including Hindi, Urdu, and Bangla.
