Term Time Driving on our Home to School services and Private Hire work and daytime Contracts. Working just 192 days per year our drivers enjoy 12 weeks annual holiday. Paid monthly 12 months of the year including 28 Days Holiday Pay.
We only employ the highest standard of drivers and expect reliable and dedicated staff to look after their allocated vehicle. Keeping it clean and ensuring our customers enjoy a great experience whilst travelling with CTS.
We do not expect our staff to work nights or weekends but do occasionally look for volunteers to work evenings, weekends and school holiday days paid at an enhanced rate.
We have an excellent company pension scheme and all staff are expected to wear company provided uniform.
You will need to be able to wash and clean your vehicle, load luggage when doing School residential trips (no nights out expected for our drivers) and work well as a team supporting the services we offer to our customers.
