Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for our guests. As a Porter, you will be responsible for various tasks that enhance the overall guest experience, making it essential to possess excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their luggage as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the bars, lobby, entrance, and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the hotel is in top condition.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management to enhance guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment is an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £16,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
