Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using Excel to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports utilizing Excel
- Design and optimize database structures in OrderWise Server, ensuring data integrity and efficient retrieval.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate requirements into technical specifications, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage project workflows by applying project management principles within the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) framework to ensure timely delivery.
- Create detailed documentation for database architecture and process flows to support ongoing maintenance and scalability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data analysis with strong proficiency in SQL programming and analysis skills.
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Excel and Access for creating compelling dashboards.
- Knowledge of managing data projects from inception through deployment.
- Ability to perform business analysis by translating complex data into clear insights that inform decision-making.
- Experience with project management practices to coordinate multiple initiatives effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
