Independent Glass is a highly successful Glass Processing business and one of the largest independent toughened glass processors and glass merchants throughout the UK.
We have four glass processing facilities, One in Mansfield and three in Glasgow.
We are looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the factory Loading activities within our Production Factory based in Mansfield. You will implement Loading, quality and customer service standards and ensure targets are met alongside ensuring all Health and Safety standards are adhered to.
You must hold a full Fork Lift Driver licence.
Crane operator and First aid certificate is also preferred.
Hours are permanent backshifts. 14.00 to 22.00 Monday to Friday.
Salary range starts from £30,000 per year depending on experience
Responsibilities of the job include :
Planning and Organising.
Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are met.
Leading a team of General Operators.
Determining quality control standards.
Overseeing Loading and Production processes and ensuring timescales are met.
