About the role
You will play a key role in keeping production moving efficiently while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
Working with CNC routers, beam saws, laser cutters, and other production machinery, you will manufacture bespoke customer orders with precision, consistency, and attention to detail.
Sunday to Thursday, 4.00pm – 1.00am + overtime opportunities
What you’ll do
- Operate CNC machines and beam saws in accordance with production specifications and safety protocols.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to optimise production.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines and beam saws to minimise downtime.
- Ensure the proper handling of materials and tools used in the operation of machines.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist in training and mentoring less experienced operators when required.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Record production data and report on performance metrics as required.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Who you are
- Proven experience operating CNC machines and/or beam saws in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to maintain a safe working environment.
- Experience with routine maintenance and machine care is an asset.
- Enthusiastic about continuous improvement
- Knowledge of Lean principles would be preferable.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Manual dexterity for handling tools and equipment.
- A driver with own transport, due to remote location.

Pay: £29,000.00-£31,960.50 per year
