What you'll be doing:
- Running your branch like it's your own business, with full P&L responsibility in a competitive, sales-focused environment
- Driving sales, growing margin and controlling costs to maximise profitability
- Building strong relationships with traders and customers to win new business and generate repeat sales
- Recruiting, training and leading a small, motivated team to deliver outstanding results
- Continuously looking for ways to improve how your branch operates
- Creating a winning culture – we work hard, but we have fun doing it!
What we're looking for:

✅ A full UK driving licence (travel is required for training)
