Personal Care Assistants required - one Friday & Sat nights, & one bank days in Woking (GU24)
£15.32 - £19.72 per hour Permanent contract
I’m a disabled man living in Brookwood, near Woking (GU24), looking for two PAs (Personal Care Assistants), one for Friday and Saturday nights and one for day bank cover. You would be joining my friendly supportive 2:1 team of PAs who provide 24/7 complex health care in my own home.
I am looking for people who are kind, organised and able to work well as part of a supportive professional care team. You need to be reliable, patient and flexible and be able to engage in a physically active role. Previous care experience and a driving licence are essential.
The day shifts are 08:00 – 20:00, night shifts 20:00 - 08:00. My bank staff cover annual leave and sickness. The rota is issued at least 2 weeks in advance.
Pay rate is: £15.32 weekdays, £17.52 nights and Saturdays, £19.72 Sundays. Permanent contract, holiday pay and pension.
Supportive and well established care team environment. Full training is provided.
A full clean driving licence is required to drive my adapted vehicle.
About me: I am a 42 year old disabled man living with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. I enjoy photography, music, films, spending time with family and friends, following Formula 1 and being out in the countryside.
