We're hiring an Graduate Building Surveyor/ Building Surveyor to join us as we build the team from the ground up. If you're working towards (or have just finished) an RICS-accredited degree and want real client contact, varied projects, and a genuine career path rather than a job description, keep reading.
What you'll actually be doing
- Supporting refurbishment and small works projects, feasibility through to completion
- Helping write specifications, tender documents, and supporting contractor selection
- Supporting contract management, site visits, and keeping projects on time and on budget
- Working directly with clients, contractors and consultants alongside senior colleagues
- Assisting with condition surveys, inspections and reports for clients
What we're looking for
- Some experience in building surveying or project delivery
- An RICS-accredited degree (or close to it)
- A full UK driving licence
- Good communication skills and a genuinely organised streak
- Enthusiasm to work towards chartership
- A self-starter mindset - you're ambitious, bring fresh ideas, and aren't afraid to take the initiative in a growing business
