Looking for flexible early years work that fits around your life?
We’re looking for caring, reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our Early Years Supply Team. Whether you’re qualified, returning to childcare, studying, or already experienced in early years, we’d love to hear from you.
As part of our supply team, you’ll help create safe, engaging and nurturing environments where children aged 0–5 can learn, grow and thrive.
No two days are the same! One day you might be supporting in the baby room, the next helping preschool children explore, create and learn through play.
What you’ll be doing
As a valued member of our supply team, you will:
- Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing in a safe and caring environment
- Help plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to children’s interests and developmental stages
- Work confidently within nursery routines and the EYFS framework (training can be provided where needed)
- Build positive, professional relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming and organised nursery environment
- Uphold high standards of safeguarding and child wellbeing at all times
Who we’re looking for
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience working with children in a nursery, childcare, education or similar setting
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Are reliable, flexible and enjoy working as part of a team
- Communicate confidently and professionally
- Care about helping children feel safe, supported and able to thrive
