Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. Duties
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and electronic formats
- Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other systems
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management for team members
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Providing general administrative support to staff members and management as needed
Experience
- Prior office experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience with data entry and clerical procedures demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette coupled with clear communication skills
- Familiarity with administrative processes such as filing systems, scheduling software, and basic bookkeeping is advantageous
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing positively within a team environment
