Civil Litigation Solicitor – Debt Recovery Team Supervisor

I am seeking a qualified Solicitor to provide interim support within a busy litigation environment, supervising a team of debt recovery paralegals and ensuring effective processes, workflows and quality standards are maintained.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with strong civil litigation experience who enjoys mentoring junior colleagues and taking ownership of team performance during a period of transition.
Key Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE

Experience in debt recovery or civil litigation (small claims experience highly desirable)

Confident supervising, supporting and guiding junior team members
