Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and work surfaces to maintain impeccable hygiene standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the supervision of chefs, including peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
- Support the kitchen team in organizing supplies and ensuring all areas are tidy and well-stocked.
- Dispose of waste properly and manage recycling processes to promote an environmentally friendly workspace.
- Help with loading and unloading deliveries, checking inventory levels, and storing ingredients correctly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times to create a safe working environment.
- Support serving staff during busy periods by clearing tables and assisting with basic customer service tasks when needed.
Requirements
