The Role
We are looking for a reliable, organised, and customer-focused Guest Experience Manager to join our Nottingham team.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will be the main local point of contact for our guests and will ensure every property is presented to an exceptional standard before arrival.
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, although availability during weekends and occasional evenings will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main local contact for guests before, during, and after their stay.
- Carry out regular property inspections to ensure consistently high standards.
- Coordinate cleaning, laundry, maintenance, and replenishment of guest supplies.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Manage emergency call-outs when required.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
- Liaise with property owners, contractors, cleaners, and the reservations team.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance issues, inspections, and guest communications.
- Ensure all properties comply with company standards and health and safety requirements.
- Supervise communal areas, waste management, and general presentation of the properties.
- Support the wider operations team with day-to-day property management tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, serviced accommodation, hotels, property management, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly.
- Confident using smartphones, email, and online systems.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle preferred.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional weekends and bank holidays.
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
