We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Security Specialist to join our global IT team at FläktGroup and help us strengthen and evolve our cyber security landscape.

Your responsibilities:
- Operate and enhance core cyber security services and technical controls
- Ensure compliance with cyber security standards and frameworks (e.g. NIS2, NIST)
- Support internal and external security audits and compliance activities
- Handle cyber security incidents (analysis, response, containment, remediation)
- Monitor threats, vulnerabilities, and identify security gaps
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners
- Contribute to security-driven projects improving overall security posture
- Maintain and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices
Your profile:

Minimum 3 years of experience in cyber security or IT infrastructure security

Hands-on experience with Microsoft security technologies (M365, Entra ID, Purview, Azure Security, endpoint security)

Strong knowledge of security frameworks and regulations (e.g. NIS2, NIST)

Experience in incident response and security operations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Fluent English (spoken and written)
