Conveyancer
Location: Warrington (Hybrid)
I am delighted to be working with a highly regarded multisector law firm, known for its exceptional client service and supportive working culture. They are now seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their dynamic Residential Property team in Warrington.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, Right to Buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
- Ensuring seamless communication to provide an outstanding client experience.
- Working to meet and exceed fee income targets, contributing to the team’s ongoing success.
What We’re Looking For
You will bring:
- Solid experience in managing a conveyancing caseload independently.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer) or demonstrable expertise in residential property law.
- A proactive and organised approach to work, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- A strong focus on client care and a desire to maintain the firm’s reputation for excellence.
- Confidence in using a modern case management system and technology to streamline processes.
