Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination — Liaise daily with architects, structural engineers, surveyors, and building control officers to ensure drawings, approvals, and inspections remain on schedule.
- Client Communication — Act as a first point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering enquiries, and maintaining a professional, friendly relationship throughout each project.
- Scheduling & Diary Management — Manage the Director’s diary, book site visits, coordinate contractor schedules, and ensure all project milestones are tracked and met.
- Document & Compliance Handling — Prepare and organise project documentation, including building control submissions, structural packages, and architect revisions.
- Customer Check‑Ins — Proactively check in with customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and flag any issues early.
- Enquiry Handling — Manage incoming calls, emails, and website enquiries, ensuring fast, accurate responses and professional follow‑up.
- Invoicing & Bookkeeping — Raise invoices, track payments, manage receipts, and assist with light bookkeeping tasks to support the company accountant.
- Operational Support — Assist with procurement, supplier communication, and general administrative duties to keep projects running smoothly.

Required Experience & Skills
- Construction Industry Experience — Minimum 2 years working within construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
