Job Overview
HTS (Property and Environment) is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-focused Assistant Management Accountant to join our Finance Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their finance career within a fast-paced and supportive environment. You will play a key role in supporting the production of management accounts, budgeting and forecasting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations and business performance analysis.
About You
You will have:
Technical Ability:
- Level 4 AAT qualified or part-qualified CIMA/ACCA
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within a finance or accounting environment
- Experience assisting in the production of monthly management accounts
- Experience of budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
- Strong understanding of accruals, prepayments, journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
- Ability to analyse financial data and provide clear variance commentary
- Experience supporting month-end and year-end processes

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance colleagues
