Duties:
- Build and assemble various items, such as crates, pallets, and containers
- Load and unload materials and products from trucks or other transportation vehicles
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks as required
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations, including checking in and inspecting incoming materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Skills:
- Strong General knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Good physical stamina and strength for heavy lifting and manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in building and assembling items
- Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate with other yard workers
