Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the finance team, creating a culture focused on continuous learning, engagement and high performance.
- Prepare timely and accurate consolidated management accounts, providing meaningful financial insight to senior stakeholders.
- Strengthen and enhance internal controls, ensuring robust financial governance and effective risk management.
- Oversee month-end and year-end processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Drive improvements to financial reporting processes, systems and controls to support continued business growth.
- Partner with operational leaders to provide commercial financial support and informed decision-making.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management activities.
About You
You will be an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant, ideally trained within a Top 20 accountancy practice, with experience gained in a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager position.
You will possess strong technical accounting skills, including the preparation of consolidated management accounts, alongside a proven ability to improve financial controls and processes.
Equally important is your passion for people leadership. You will enjoy coaching and developing others, creating an environment where individuals can thrive and progress in their careers.

Pay: Up to £75,000.00 per year
