We are seeking an experienced Lifting Supervisor with a valid CPCS card oversee lifting operations on construction sites. The ideal candidate will, supervising experience, This role involves coordinating lifting activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. The successful applicant will play a key role in managing lifting small steel frames with Telehandler approximately 10 meter height.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate lifting operations on-site, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Manage lifting teams, providing clear instructions and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct risk assessments and method statements for lifting activities in compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication regarding lifting schedules and requirements.
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS Lifting Supervisor certification.
- Proven management experience within construction or industrial environments.
- Supervising experience in a similar role is essential.
