Are you looking for a teaching position from September that will support you through your Early Career Teacher (ECT) years?
Here at Long-Term Teachers, we work with a wide range of Primary Schools across Swindon, Chippenham, Calne and the wider Wiltshire area that are looking to welcome enthusiastic Early Career Teachers to their teams from September.
Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time work, in EYFS, KS1 or KS2, we'll work closely with you to find a role that matches your experience, preferences and career goals.
The Role
As an Early Career Teacher, you'll receive the support and guidance needed to build confidence and develop your teaching practice. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues who will provide regular observations, constructive feedback and ongoing mentoring throughout your ECT induction.
You'll take on the responsibilities of a Class Teacher, including planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing pupils' progress, creating a positive classroom environment and communicating effectively with parents and carers.
Most importantly, you'll be joining a supportive school where you can continue to grow professionally while making a positive impact on children's learning.
