About the Role
HatchHub is looking for a reliable and self-motivated Warehouse Operative to manage the day-to-day running of our warehouse from Monday to Friday 9am-4:30pm.
This is largely an independent role, and you'll often be working on your own. We're looking for someone who can stay organised, manage their workload effectively, and take pride in maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse environment without direct supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming deliveries
- Organising and storing stock safely and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting discrepancies
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and well organised at all times
- Carrying out regular stock counts and inventory checks
- Identifying and resolving day-to-day warehouse issues independently
- Following health and safety procedures at all times

Experience
Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential. The most important qualities are reliability, organisation, and the ability to work confidently on your own and take ownership of the warehouse.
