Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist with meal preparation and food safety procedures to ensure high standards of hygiene and quality.
- Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking under supervision, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Support the serving of meals, ensuring timely delivery to customers or dining areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts.
- Organise stock supplies, check inventory levels, and report shortages or issues promptly.
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to uphold a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience in catering, restaurant work, or food service is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable applicants.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and basic cooking techniques is advantageous.
- Familiarity with meal preparation, food presentation, and kitchen organisation will be beneficial.
- Experience in serving customers or managing food orders can enhance performance in this role.
