21st Century Building Services (21CBS) is a well-established electrical contractor based in Bristol. We deliver high-quality electrical installations across commercial, industrial, and public-sector projects.
We’re growing—and we’re looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Senior Electrical Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in our continued success.
The Role
You will take full ownership of electrical installation projects from start to finish—ensuring delivery is safe, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
You’ll lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and act as the key point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate site operatives and subcontractors
- Order materials and manage procurement schedules
- Monitor progress, budgets, and project timelines
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Attend site meetings and produce progress reports
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Ensure compliance with BS 7671 and current regulations
- Conduct technical audits and quality inspections
- (Preferred) Act as Qualified Supervisor, overseeing certification and compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in electrical project management or senior supervision
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of BS 7671 regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence
