Summary
The Headteacher and Governors of Manor Road Primary School wish to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic upper KS2 Teaching Assistant to join our happy and hard-working school team.
Wednesday 1.15pm 3.30pm
Thursday 8.45am 3.30pm
Friday - 8.45am 3.00pm
We have a strong and very effective staff team who enjoy challenge and work co-operatively to improve outcomes for our children. We are professional, caring, friendly and fully dedicated to providing children with a school day that excites challenges and motivates.
We are looking for someone who will have:
- a proven record of exceptional classroom practice.
- a solid understanding of the principles of effective teaching and learning.

- be fully involved in the teaching, learning and assessment of children within the class

- be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- be able to communicate clearly and to a high standard both verbally and in writing
- be able to assist in the monitoring/recording of pupil progress and developmental needs.
- be able to support learning in the classroom.
- want to continually develop their skills and knowledge.

This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful the salary received will be paid on a prorata basis.
