Minibus Driver
Hours: 25 hours per week

We are currently seeking a reliable and flexible Minibus Driver to join our team based in Ossett. This role is ideal for someone looking for part-time, flexible work with varying hours to suit service demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving a school minibus safely and responsibly
- Transporting passengers for:
- School journeys
- Airport transfers
- Group travel and pre-booked trips
- Ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of all passengers at all times
- Carrying out basic vehicle checks before and after journeys
- Adhering to all road traffic laws, company policies, and safeguarding procedures
- Representing the organisation in a professional and courteous manner
- Essential Requirements
- Full, clean UK driving licence
Category D1 entitlement (not 101 restriction)
- Proven experience driving a minibus
- Relevant minibus driver training and CPC required
- Excellent timekeeping and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
- Strong understanding of passenger safety and duty of care
Additional Requirements registered on the Enhanced DBS with Update Service subscription, can be applied for at the time of interview.
- References will be required, including your most recent employer Enhanced DBS certificate
- A professional, friendly, and patient manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically able to assist passengers when required (e.g. boarding support)
